Is anyone currently sharing one principal between two buildings? If so, how many students enrolled in each building? What are the pros & cons of doing this?
Thank you in advance.

Hello Tammy,
I am currently working on my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership through Frostburg University and your question caught my eye. I work in a Title I school, with an average of 750 students Pre-K through 5th grade. We have one principal and two APs. Currently we are sharing one AP with another school who is down a principal at the moment; he has been providing coverage for a few months now as the acting principal. This school is a non Title I school with about 165 students. I would love to learn more about any similar situations you have experience with.
