The Center for Green Schools and ASHRAE are conducting a national survey to understand how schools are implementing ventilation, filtration, and other building control measures during the COVID-19 pandemic. They want to better understand which measures school districts are taking, how K-12 leaders arrived at those decisions (i.e., what guidelines and recommendations are being followed), and what barriers or challenges are schools facing with responding to COVID-19 and improving indoor air quality (IAQ).

This advocacy opportunity provides a chance to share your input about your district's practices and challenges with improving IAQ during COVID-19. Your expertise can help improve national understanding of IAQ implementation strategies in schools, help policymakers learn what resources and funding are needed to support schools, and provide stakeholders information about the decision-making process K-12 leaders are undergoing during the pandemic to improve facility conditions.
