Continuing Education Credits

The 2023 Eagle Institute is accredited for SFO, CPE, and CAE continuing education credits. To receive credits, you MUST complete the session evaluation for each session attended. 

EVALUATION 

  • All attendees claiming continuing education credits MUST complete the evaluation to be awarded credits and a certificate. This applies to all credit types, SFO, CPE, and CAE. 

  • Attendees MUST attend the entire session to be awarded credits and a certificate. Attendees will be provided with a unique 2-part password for each session. The first part of the password will be provided at the beginning of the session, and the second part will be provided at the end. 

    • If you do not attend the entire session, you will not receive the full password, and you will NOT be able to complete the evaluation for that session.  

    • If you need password assistance, you MUST see ASBO staff while onsite. ASBO staff will NOT be able to provide password assistance post-meeting. 

    • This applies to all credit types, SFO, CPE, and CAE. 

  • All evaluations must be completed by Monday, August 28, to be awarded credits and receive a certificate. 

  • Evaluations will be completed within ASBO Learn, and certificates will be available immediately upon completion of the evaluation.  

Evaluation Instructions 

Credits and certificates will be awarded to attendees who complete the evaluation. Evaluations will be accessed within ASBO Learn as follows: 

  • All attendees will receive an email at the end of each day for each session providing access to the evaluation within ASBO Learn.  

  • Upon clicking on the link to access the evaluation you will be asked to answer a multiple-choice question about the password for that session. 

    • Attendees MUST attend the entire session to receive the 2-part password. If you do not attend the entire session, you will not receive the full password, and you will NOT be able to complete the evaluation for that session. If you need password assistance, you MUST see ASBO staff while onsite. ASBO staff will NOT be able to provide password assistance post-meeting. 

  • Once you correctly answer the password question you will gain access to the “test” which acts as the evaluation for the session. Upon completion of the evaluation, you will immediately have access to your certificate.  

  • This applies to all credit types, SFO, CPE and CAE.  

  • You must complete the session evaluation for each session you attended no later than Monday, August 28.

CREDIT DESIGNATIONS

This activity is accredited for a maximum of 8 SFO credits. 

To receive SFO credits, learners must attend the entire session and complete the online evaluation. Learners will be provided with a 2-part password. The first part of the password will be provided at the beginning of the session, and the second part will be provided at the end. The password must be entered to access and complete the evaluation. You may enter your contact hours in your Prolydian account after you have completed the evaluation and received your certificates. 

CPE Credit 

This activity is accredited for a maximum of 8 CPE credits. 

To receive CPE credits, learners must be present for a minimum of 50 minutes per credit hour and complete the evaluation for each session they attend. To meet this time requirement, learners will be provided with a 2-part password. The first part of the password will be provided at the beginning of the session, and the second part will be provided at the end. The password must be entered to access and complete the evaluation.

This activity is accredited for a maximum of 9.75 CAE credits. 

To receive CAE credits, learners must attend the entire session and complete the online evaluation. Learners will be provided with a 2-part password. The first part of the password will be provided at the beginning of the session, and the second part will be provided at the end. The password must be entered to access and complete the evaluation.
