Guest rooms have been reserved at a discounted rate of $244 per night ($229 room rate + $15 destination fee). Your conference registration confirmation will include a link to reserve your hotel accommodations.

The ASBO International group rate is available until January 12, 2027, or until the room block has been filled.

Important: The group has a discounted destination fee of $15 per night. This reduced fee will appear after you complete your reservation and again at check-in. During the booking process, the standard $25 fee will display - please rest assured that the correct discounted amount will be applied.

Hotel Fees & Policies

Destination Fee: The standard $25 destination fee is discounted to $15 per night for ASBO International guests. The fee includes several hotel amenities and services.

Taxes: Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes and fees, currently including:

  • 7% state tax
  • 8% occupancy tax
  • $5 State of Georgia hotel fee
  • $1 City of Savannah occupancy fee

Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A credit card is required to hold each individual reservation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.

Discount Details

  • U.S. and Canada travelers may receive 2%, 5%, or 10% discounts on eligible travel.
  • International travelers may receive 5% or 8% discounts on eligible travel.
  • The discount percentage is based on the ‘First Letter of Fare Basis’ for the flight being booked. The Fare Basis is typically located below the rate when selecting the flight. See an example.
  • Discounts do not apply to Basic Economy fares.
  • MileagePlus members will still earn valuable miles for their travel when using the Meetings discount code.

Leadership Forum and Eagle Institute attendees: We would like to bring to your attention common scams targeting the events industry, specifically fraudulent emails claiming to offer housing deals. Please keep the following in mind as you prepare to attend the conference this year.

Beware of False and Fraudulent Housing Claims

Please note that the only official hotel reservation booking link is available through the attendee registration confirmation emails.

There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of ASBO International’s Leadership Forum and Eagle Institute. We do not work with a third-party housing bureau. It should be assumed that these offers are fraudulent.

Housing “Deals”

Please be aware of individuals who claim to offer deals on hotel rooms. Known as “housing pirates,” these scammers may claim to be affiliated with ASBO International – they are not.

No ASBO International-authorized organization will contact you about conference hotels or housing. Do not provide any personal information or credit card details. If you do, your credit card may be charged, and there is no guarantee you will have a room upon your arrival to Savannah.
