ASBO International's Code of Conduct
I agree to abide by ASBO International’s Code of Conduct for the entirety of the conference. I understand that any violation may result in my removal from the conference.
Event Code of Conduct
ASBO International is dedicated to ensuring that our conferences are inclusive, respectful, productive, and harassment-free experiences for everyone. To support an environment that builds community and positive connections, all participants are expected to abide by ASBO International’s Code of Conduct.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior, including harassment, bullying, intimidation, and/or insinuations that are hurtful or interfere with any other attendee’s experience or participation will not be tolerated. Anyone asked by an ASBO International staff member to stop engaging in unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior or fails to comply with expected behavior at any time during the event, ASBO International may take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to removing the participant from the event without a refund.
If you witness or are subjected to unacceptable behavior or have any other concerns at an ASBO International event, notify an ASBO International staff member as soon as possible.

Mailing Consent
ASBO International may share my contact information with the sponsors of the event. This includes names, job titles, organizations, business addresses, and email addresses.
If you do not permit ASBO International to share your contact information with corporate partners, please email membership@asbointl.org.
Attendee Photograph Consent
ASBO International takes photos and videos during meetings and other conference-related activities. These photos are used in conference recaps as well as future marketing materials.
If you do not permit ASBO International to use and distribute (both now and in the future) media that include your image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities by ASBO or others, please email membership@asbointl.org.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
All cancellations will incur a $200 fee and must be submitted by September 15, 2023. NO REFUNDS GIVEN AFTER September 15, 2023. There will be no refunds given for no-shows.
I understand that ASBO International is not responsible for refunds on registration, hotel, or flights if I am unable or unwilling to travel after registering.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ALL PROVISIONS OF THIS RELEASE, AND FREELY AND KNOWINGLY ASSUME THE RISK AND WAIVE MY RIGHTS CONCERNING LIABILITY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
