What’s included in the 2024 booth package?

  • Display space, 8’ high back draped back walls, 3’ high draped side rails, and booth identification sign.
  • (1) 6’ table skirted (in show colors) on three sides, (2) chairs, and (1) wastebasket.
  • (3) complimentary conference registrations per 10’ x 10’ space, including admission to professional development sessions and all-attendee networking events. Additional badges may be purchased for $299 per person.
  • Daily aisle cleaning.
  • A listing in the 2024 mobile event app and online exhibit hall map.

What is the cost of an exhibit booth?

Member rates
Inline 10'x10' = $2,200
Premium 10'x10' = $2,600

Non-Member rates
Inline 10'x10' = $2,500
Premium 10'x10' = $2,900

Is carpet required in the booth?

ASBO International requires all booths to be carpeted or have floor covering. Booths without a floor covering two hours prior to the show opening will automatically have carpet installed by the decorator at the exhibitor’s expense.

When will the exhibit service kit be released?

The kit will be available directly from the show decorator, Freeman, approximately 90 days prior to the move-in date. Exhibitors will receive an email notifying them it is ready.

What are the exhibitor move-in/out dates and times?

Exhibits Installation/Move-in:
Wednesday, September 18, from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Thursday, September 19, from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Exhibits Dismantle/Move-out:
Friday, September 20, from 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM

What are the show dates and times?

Who are the attendees at the ASBO International Annual Conference & Expo?

How many name badges are included in the exhibit package?

(3) complimentary conference registrations are included per 10’ x 10’ space. Registration includes admission to professional development sessions and all attendee networking events. Best in School Business Awards Reception is not included for exhibitors. Additional badges may be purchased for $299 per person. Name badge registration will open in August.

Who needs an exhibitor name badge?

All exhibit company representatives are required to wear a name badge to gain access to the exhibit hall and other conference functions. Independent contractors (i.e., Exhibitor Appointed Contractors – EACs) for installation and dismantling labor do not require a name badge. EACs may obtain a wristband at the registration desk to gain access to the exhibit hall during move-in and move-out hours only.

Who are the official exhibit service contractors for the expo?

All order forms/links for purchasing services provided by the official contractors listed below will be included in the exhibit kit, provided approximately 90 days prior to the show date.

What are the terms of payment?

  • To be valid, each Application/Contract must be accompanied by a 50% payment deposit of the total amount of the total booth(s) costs.
  • 100% of payment is due by August 19, 2024.
  • Any exhibiting firm that notifies ASBO International that the firm will not be exhibiting for any reason shall forfeit 50% of the amount paid as liquidated damages until July 19, 2024.
  • Any exhibitor who has made payment in full for exhibit space and notifies ASBO International after July 19, 2024, that the company will be unable to exhibit for any reason shall forfeit all money paid.
  • Check payment may be made by mailing a check to the ASBO International office (booth will not be reserved prior to receipt of check):
