What ever the case, ARRA funds have come and they are getting ready to ride off into the sunset. Hence the dreaded cliff that we have been talking about since the inception of ARRA. It seems that school systems are preparing for that cliff in a variety of different ways.
Although ARRA funds provided a much needed infusion of revenue into school systems, the majority of school budgets still underwent massive reductions, many affecting the classroom. As ARRA funds dry up, and state in a position of reducing education funding in the years to come, what's left to cut from school budgets?
