During the registration process, attendees must select the track they will attend each day. Below are descriptions of the various tracks to assist in making your selections. Of note, attendees may only select one track each day and will be able to make changes to their track selections on-site as space allows.

Day 1 – Thursday, January 29, 2026
● Track 1: Strategic Association Leadership

- An Affiliate Board Member attending with your board
This track equips leaders with tools to strengthen board governance, build trust, and prepare for the future. Through interactive foresight exercises, agenda design strategies, and scenario-based change management, participants will learn how to turn strategy into action, engage boards more effectively, and lead with confidence in times of uncertainty.
● Track 2: Innovative Leadership

Day 2 – Friday, January 30, 2026

This track blends emotional intelligence, energy management, and reflective practices to help leaders sharpen their focus, strengthen relationships, and increase their impact. Participants will leave with a personalized framework for acting with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
● Track 2: Collaborative Leadership
Lasting leadership is built together. This track explores the power of collaboration, trust, and peer connection to create resilient teams that can endure any challenge. Through real-world examples and interactive dialogue, you’ll uncover how shared purpose and mentoring relationships empower others, strengthen bonds, and build teams that not only survive but thrive.
