This chart from the Committee for Education Funding (CEF) provides a comparison of FY 22 appropriations for education programs with prior federal fiscal years (FYs) 2017-2021. Since FY22 appropriations are not final yet. this chart only includes the House bill (the House L-HHS-ED Subcommittee appropriations bill, as passed on 7/28/21). It shows all proposed funding for major ED programs and how much of an increase (or cut) this funding is compared to prior fiscal years.
