I am currently the CFO for Duncan Public Schools. I oversee all of the operations for the school district. I am completing my third year in this position. I have been in Education for ten years. I alternatively certified from a background in Business to become a classroom teacher and coach. I taught for six years and then moved into an Assistant Principal position. I believe with my background in business, and the experience I had in the classroom has helped transition me into my current position. It has allowed me to stay focused on what is truly important in my job, and that is what is best for students. I am currently working on my PhD in Educational Administration, Curriculum, and Supervision.
