ASBO International and the EdLiNC Coalition submitted comments to the FCC regarding using E-Rate funds for internet connectivity projects to support student achievement/success that are offsite from school campuses. Our comments reflect concerns with using E-Rate funds to support projects that typically fall under the FCC's LifeLine broadband program to provide internet access to students outside of school.
