Exhibitor Benefits

As a benefit of exhibiting at ASBO International’s Annual Conference & Expo, you will have access to the attendee list on the password-protected eShow exhibitor portal. The list will include: first name, last name, title, company/organization, city, and state. The list will not include: mailing address, email address, or phone number. The list will be made available to registered exhibitors on October 1.

The list is for informational purposes only and not for solicitation.

For exhibitors interested in sending a direct-mail piece to attendees, you may receive one copy of the attendee's physical address mailing list, either pre- or post-show. The list is only provided to those exhibitors who receive approval, after their piece has been reviewed. Each exhibitor is responsible for the printing, mailing costs, and management of their own direct-mail piece. 

Please click on the Pre-show/Post-show links below to receive the list. An email will populate with a subject line for your selected attendee list. You MUST include the following information in your email:

• Name
• Company
• Email
• Attach a .PDF of your designed mailer for review and approval
