By downloading and displaying the exhibitor logo and graphics, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions regarding its use.

Exhibitors at ASBO International’s 2025 Annual Conference & Expo are granted a limited license to use the ASBO International exhibitor logo (the Logo) and graphics to indicate their exhibition at the conference through November 21, 2025. ASBO International retains ownership of the logo and graphics and may withdraw permission to use it at any time for improper usage. Upon notification of the withdrawal of permission, the exhibitor will immediately cease using the image.
The Logo and graphics may not be used by non-exhibitors, including former exhibitors or corporate members who have not reserved a booth for the 2025 Annual Conference & Expo.
The Logo and graphics may not be used to indicate any endorsement by ASBO International of a company's product or service; that any official status for any product or service has been conferred by or is otherwise associated with ASBO International; or to show any kind of relationship with ASBO International aside from those permitted above.
The Logo and graphics may not be used on official documents such as sales contracts or official disclosure documents provided to potential or actual clients or purchasers of a member company's services or products.
The Logo and graphics may not be used with disparaging statements about ASBO International or its products or statements that otherwise reflect poorly on ASBO International.
The Logo and graphics must be used in its entirety and may not be altered in any way, including proportion, color, element, type, etc., except by express permission from ASBO International.
When shared digitally, the Logo and graphics must link to ASBO International’s Annual Conference & Expo home page using this URL: asbointl.org/ACE. You may not use it to link to other pages on ASBO’s website or other websites.
Any unauthorized use of the Logo or graphics may result in legal action.
