Todd is the Director of Business and Operation at Whitley County Consolidated Schools in Columbia City, Indiana. In this role, Todd oversees the overall business operation of the school district. The school district has approximately 3500 students, 450 employees, 7 school buildings, and an annual budget of 38 million. Prior to this position, he was the Business Manager/Transportation Director at Smith-Green Community Schools for 7 years. Todd started his career in the banking industry and was the Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of the Fort Wayne downtown branch for PNC Bank. While at the bank, he provided banking needs and financial services to many small businesses in the surrounding area during his 9 years at the bank.
In addition to his experience as a school business official and banking, Todd played baseball at the University of Toledo and Indiana Tech while in college. He was a member of the NAIA All American Academic Baseball Team. He has served the last 12 years as a board member for Brightpoint (previously CANI) and currently serves as the chair of the strategic planning committee and previously served as the board chair for Brightpoint, for 3 years. During his term as president, Todd was awarded the 2013 Carl D. Rolfsen Stewardship award and the 2014 volunteer award. Todd is a member of Rotary, Trustee for the SEBT (School Employee Benefit Trust) Insurance Trust, member of IASBO (Indiana Association of School Business Officials), member of ASBO (Association of School Business Officials International) and recipient of the 2013 ASBO International Bridges to the Future Scholarship, board member of Churubusco Youth Foundation, and little league softball coach. Todd and his son, Jackson, are also actively involved in Boy Scouts of America.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana Tech and has earned the Chief Business Officer certification from IASBO. Todd, his wife Shanna, their son Jackson, and daughter Aaliyah reside in Churubusco, Indiana and attend Pathway Community Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
