Bio

Dr. Erik Roush serves as the Executive Director – Financial Affairs, where he coordinates the various departments within the Office of the Treasurer / CFO.  Prior to joining the Treasurer’s Office, he led the Policy/Government Affairs efforts for Columbus City Schools.  He has held positions in state and local government during his 20+ year career, including all three branches of government.  He served as a Policy Advisor for Education to Gov. Ted Strickland, Finance Director for the Senate Democratic Caucus, and Chief of External & Legislative Affairs with the Ohio School Facilities Commission.  He holds a MPA from Ohio U. and a Ph.D. from Ohio State.
