Hello, I’m Freshta! I am the Financial Program Manager at ASBO, where I manage the Certificate of Excellence (COE) program using our awards platform. 

I joined ASBO in early 2025 after more than 12 years in the association sector, where I primarily focused on membership and gained some experience supporting awards. Prior to this, I worked for a large government contractor.

I decided to take a break from the membership world to return to managing award programs. 

When I’m not working, I like to spend time with my husband, kids and two cats. I also enjoy reading, working out, exploring local trails, going for walks, and taking scenic pictures.
