ASBO International has cosponsored two House and Senate companion bills to require the Department of Labor to conduct an economic impact analysis of changing overtime pay rules under the Fair Labor Standards Act before changing any rules. These documents include the House and Senate sign on letters in support of the bills, and a current list of cosponsors for the bills.
