Thank you, John, for sharing those conference materials. I have one additional PowerPoint presentation to add from the AASA-ASBO Legislative Advocacy Conference, which is attached in PDF format.
This presentation focuses on various agencies' guidance that is impacting K-12 education from the Office for Civil Rights (OCR), Department of Justice (DOJ), Privacy Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), and Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS). It addresses guidance that has been issued regarding equitable education access, English Language Learners (ELLs), Title IX coordinators, student data protection, and due process procedures after parents file state complaints.

Subject: AASA/ASBO Joint Legislative Conference
This past week school business officials and superintendents attended the first AASA/ASBO Legislative Advocacy Conference in Washington, DC. Attendees converged on the hill and met with their respective legislators just prior to both chambers voting on ESEA reauthorization. It was the perfect time to be in DC. Prior to their hill visits, participants were given updates on ESEA and other legislation affecting public education. Those documents have been attached for your information.
