About

Take your Leadership Forum experience even deeper at the 2026 Eagle Institute, January 30–31. This year’s program, Pearl Harbor on the Road, includes a visit to the National WWII Museum and uses the historical case study of Pearl Harbor to explore leadership in times of crisis. Through thought-provoking sessions, guided group exercises, and a screening of Beyond All Boundaries, you’ll examine the dangers of assumptions and biases, the risks of siloed organizations, and the impact of dismissive leadership.

Together, we’ll uncover how initiative, accountability, and camaraderie shaped history and how those same qualities can strengthen your own leadership and team resilience today. Step into your leadership journey and spark the change only you can drive!
