Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and proper planning, ASBO International has a strict cancellation policy.

2026 Leadership Forum
  • Full Refund Deadline: Cancellations must be submitted in writing by October 29 to receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund Period: Cancellations made between October 30 and January 7, 2026, will incur a $300 fee.
  • No Refunds After January 8: No refunds will be issued for cancellations after January 8, 2026, regardless of the reason. You will have the option to transfer your registration to a colleague. You will not be able to keep the credit in your account for a future meeting.

2026 Eagle Institute
  • Full Refund Deadline: Cancellations must be submitted in writing by October 29 to receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund Period: Cancellations made between October 30 and January 7, 2026, will incur a $125 fee.
  • No Refunds After January 8: No refunds will be issued for cancellations after January 8, 2026, regardless of the reason. You will have the option to transfer your registration to a colleague. You will not be able to keep the credit in your account for a future meeting.

To cancel, email your request to Theresa Boulware, Membership Manager, or call 866.682.2729 x7080. If you registered for the membership/registration package and cancel, we will keep $299 for your membership dues and/or $499 for membership/education. There will be no refunds for no-shows.

ASBO International is not responsible for refunds on registration, hotel, or flights if participants are unable or unwilling to travel after registering.

Attendee registration includes:

  • Breakfast, lunch, and a reception on Thursday
  • Breakfast and lunch on Friday
  • Education sessions with SFO/CAE credits

Please note: Attendance is limited to 60, and you must be registered for the 2026 Leadership Forum to attend. This event is only available for School Business Professionals, Affiliate Executive Directors/Staff, and Emeritus members.
