Guest rooms have been reserved at the discounted rate of $309 per night. Your conference registration confirmation will include a link to reserve your hotel accommodations. The ASBO International group rate of $309 per night is available until December 17, 2025, or until the block has been filled.
Taxes: Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently a 9.45% state tax; 5% city tax; 1.75% tourism fee; plus $2.00 per room, per night)
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be accompanied by a one-night room and tax, non-refundable deposit from each guest at the time of room reservation.

Beware of False and Fraudulent Housing Claims
Please note that the only official hotel reservation booking link is available through the attendee registration confirmation emails.
There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of ASBO International’s Leadership Forum and Eagle Institute. We do not work with a third-party housing bureau. It should be assumed that these offers are fraudulent.
Housing "Deals"
Please be aware of individuals who claim to offer deals on hotel rooms. Known as “housing pirates,” these scammers may claim to be affiliated with ASBO International – they are not. No ASBO International-authorized organization will contact you about conference hotels or housing. Do not provide any personal information or credit card details. If you do, your credit card may be charged, and there is no guarantee you will have a room upon your arrival to New Orleans.
