Terms and Conditions

By downloading and displaying the attendee or speaker graphics, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions regarding their use.

  • Attendees and speakers at ASBO International’s 2026 Annual Conference & Expo are granted a limited license to use the ASBO International official graphics to indicate their presence at the conference through October 23, 2026. ASBO International retains ownership of the graphics and may withdraw permission to use them at any time for improper usage. Upon notification of the withdrawal of permission, the attendee or speaker will immediately cease using the image.

  • The graphics may not be used by non-attendees or speakers, including former attendees who have not registered or speakers who are not presenting at the 2026 Annual Conference & Expo.

  • The graphics may not be used to indicate any endorsement by ASBO International of a product or service; that any official status for any product or service has been conferred by or is otherwise associated with ASBO International; or to show any kind of relationship with ASBO International aside from those permitted above.

  • The graphics may not be used on official documents such as sales contracts or official disclosure documents provided to potential or actual clients or purchasers of a member company's services or products.

  • The graphics may not be used with disparaging statements about ASBO International or its products or statements that otherwise reflect poorly on ASBO International.

  • The graphics must be used in their entirety and may not be altered in any way, including proportion, color, element, type, etc., except by express permission from ASBO International.
