Booking your hotel through official ASBO International room blocks helps keep registration costs affordable, supports the overall success of the conference, and strengthens our ability to negotiate the best rates and meeting space—now and in the future. Staying in an official hotel also keeps you close to sessions and networking opportunities.
Please reserve your room through ASBO International housing links whenever possible.
ASBO International has reserved multiple group blocks with discounted rates for attendees to select from for their sleeping accommodations. Each hotel has a different room rate, cancellation policy, inclusions, cut-off date for booking, and deposit requirements.
Reservation links for hotels are provided in the registration confirmation email for individual attendee registrations and exhibit booth purchases. Hotel sleeping room links are not provided to individuals who have not yet registered for the conference.

*Applicable taxes will be added to the guest room rates (currently 7% state tax and 7% occupancy tax). The hotel will collect a one-night (including room and tax), non-refundable deposit from each guest 30 days prior to arrival. Guests who book and cancel before the 30-day period will not be charged a deposit or cancellation fee.
