If this is your first Annual Conference & Expo, welcome! Here are some conference tips that can help you feel confident before you arrive and make the most of your experience once you are there.

First-Time Attendee Checklist
  1. Attend and watch the orientation video (available in September)
  2. Download the mobile app (available in September)
  3. Build your schedule before you arrive
  4. Plan time to visit the Expo Hall
  5. Introduce yourself to someone new at a session or networking event
  6. Stop by registration and pick up a first-timer attendee ribbon

Once You Arrive

  • Pick up your badge at Registration.
    • Be sure to grab ribbons from the registration area to add to your badge!
  • Review the AC&E Daily emails sent before each conference day for updates, schedule changes, highlights, and instructions on evaluating sessions and accessing your certificate.
  • Keep an eye on the mobile app for last-minute notifications.
  • Attend EVERYTHING to maximize your experience: general sessions, networking events including coffee breaks and pre-dinner receptions, the expo hall, and education sessions!
  • Celebrate outstanding school business officials at the Best in School Business Awards Ceremony.
  • Follow and tag us on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X, and use the hashtag #ASBOACE26 to share your experience!

  • Review the exhibitor list and expo hall map in advance
  • Identify companies, products, or services you want to explore
  • Bring a few questions related to your district’s needs
  • Utilize the mobile app to play the Expo Hall Game

After the Conference

  • Fill out the attendee survey to help shape future conferences!
  • Stay connected on ASBO International’s exclusive networking community.
  • Visit the Attendee Service Center to evaluate sessions and track credits earned. – AVAILABLE IN OCTOBER
