Registration Categories

Individual Registration: For school business professionals attending the full conference. Rates vary by membership status and registration date.
Member Packages: Combine conference registration with an ASBO International membership, or choose the option that also includes ASBO Learn access.
Corporate Registration: For companies and eligible sole proprietors. Rates vary by membership status, registration date, and registration type.
Day Passes: One-day access for school business professionals and corporate attendees, with member and non-member pricing.

ASBO International is not responsible for refunds on registration, hotel, or flights if participants are unable or unwilling to travel after registering.

Payment & Rates

Payment Deadline:

Payment must be received by September 14, 2026, to avoid cancellation. Registrants whose payment has not been received by this date may be subject to cancellation or assessed applicable cancellation fees.

Registration Rates:

Registration fees are based on the rate in effect at the time payment is received, not the date the registration is submitted. ASBO International cannot honor prior rates once pricing deadlines have passed.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and support accurate planning, ASBO International maintains a firm cancellation policy for the Annual Conference & Expo. Please review the details below carefully before registering.

Full Refund Deadline: Cancellations must be submitted in writing by July 14, 2026, to receive a full refund of the conference registration fee.
Partial Refund Period: Cancellations made between July 15, 2026, and September 14, 2026, will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
No Refunds After September 14, 2026: No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 14, 2026, including no‑shows, regardless of the reason.

Important Notes:

Registrations may be transferred to a colleague (with the same member status) at no additional cost if you are unable to attend. Non-members will be billed the difference.
Registration credits cannot be applied to future ASBO International events.
Refunds are not provided for no‑shows.
If you registered for a Membership or Membership+ package and later cancel your conference registration, ASBO International will retain $299 for membership dues, and/or $499 for Membership+. These amounts are non‑refundable and will be deducted from any eligible refund.

IMPORTANT BADGE INFORMATION

Please note: Your name badge will allow you to be identified as being part of ASBO International’s AC&E. You must always have your own name badge present to access sessions and receptions, and scan for your education credits. Guests must register and have a badge to attend eligible programs and events.

ASBO International does not utilize outside services regarding hotel rooms, registrations, or selling attendees' information. Any outside service claiming to be or associated with ASBO International providing these services is a scam and should not be interacted with. Lunch Options

Based on attendee interest, we plan to offer a pop-up lunch cafe at the convention center on Wednesday and Thursday. Please let us know your interest during the registration process.

Outside food is not permitted in the convention center.
